Blackfoot River Outpost!
We are very excited to offer a new endeavor and location 20 minutes from Missoula on the Blackfoot River. We now have 40 acres on the Blackfoot with 1,100 feet of river frontage just below Johnsrud Park. We have 6 log cabins, 6 campsites and a lodge that serves as a small river shop for last minute items for your river trip. We also have a boat launch for anyone renting boats or staying at the Outpost, so you can begin or end your day on the river footsteps from your cabin or campsite. In addition to the camping and cabins we also have on-site river rentals (rafts, kayaks, SUPs ) in the summer and cross country ski and snow shoe rentals in the winter.
The property is surrounded by BLM land and Nature Conservancy land only accessible from our property. Enjoy a hike, run, or mountain bike ride directly from the property.
This is the perfect place for everything from small family getaways, to large events including weddings, family reunions and retreats all on the beautiful Blackfoot River.
